How To Install Floor In Lowe Boat Should I Hire A Contractor For This?

Should I hire a contractor for this? - how to install floor in lowe boat

Well, I completed a few days in my new house. The house was built in 1992 and is in good condition, but there is to do an update. A list of what I do is as ...

Cuisine:
Cabinets, countertops, back splash, accessories and equipment.

Bathrooms:
Not much new, top vanity than 2 bathrooms

Pool:
Installation of heat pumps

Other things:
Paint New carpet in 3 rooms on the second floor and stairs (750 FS), the entire interior of the house, start from the wall into the intercom system w / Drywall Repair (4 pieces), and finally 7 substitutes lamps.

I want nothing but the best and the house is only 1,500 SF. I have a lot of money at Lowe's, Home Depot, Flooring Express and some damage to local affairs. I intend to around 30,000 U.S. dollars for all these projects is available, but I'm beginning to overwhelmed by the details and do not know where to start, I have the house before 1 March go, but wish that everything should work right away.

My question is, should I use for the program that I have more money or simply hire a general contractor to install?

Thanks in advance!

PS No, I paid for, or ordered on a specific matter of these projects have not yet installed.
