Other things:
Paint New carpet in 3 rooms on the second floor and stairs (750 FS), the entire interior of the house, start from the wall into the intercom system w / Drywall Repair (4 pieces), and finally 7 substitutes lamps.

I want nothing but the best and the house is only 1,500 SF. I have a lot of money at Lowe's, Home Depot, Flooring Express and some damage to local affairs.
