Italian Basket Cheese Baptism Celebration...help With Menu Please?

Baptism celebration...help with menu please? - italian basket cheese

Hello, we celebrate the baptism of my son next weekend, which is 5 months on the road. We have invited 30 pairs and their children, and we hope that about 40 out of PPL, which shows, really. I assure you that there is enough variety for everyone to eat and love to cook for parties so suggestions are welcome. This is what I have been to the menu

Taco sauce, salsa, cheese, tortilla chips
Crackers and cheese
Tasting plate (olives, peppers, cucumbers)
Carved into a basket of water melon with melon balls, pineapple, grapes and strawberries
Vegetable Tray
Mini Cannollies pumps, cream and Italian Cookies
Fries and onion sauce
Cheese, biscuits and sausage
And sandwiches with ham, beef and gravy and rolls
Italian potato salad
Japanese Cucumber Salad
Pasta Salad
Mastacholi red sauce
Salad
Baked Beans

For dessert, we are still a piece of cake from the Italian bakery with a friend, and designed ice. The cake is very expensive and not with other desserts.

Any proposedIons, which I would add, or perhaps I should bring? Thank you in advance:)
